Stop Smoking

Trapped by your smoking habit?

If you are highly motivated and truly want to quit smoking then hypnotherapy could be the solution you have been looking for. Regardless of what you may have been offered elsewhere, the truth is that there is no miracle cure. However, according to an analysis carried out on 600 studies of 72,000 smokers*, hypnosis was shown to be the most effective way to quit smoking other than being told you had heart disease.

Assuming that there are no other underlying issues then smoking can be tackled in one session of around two hours. This will involve hypnosis and other methods such as Neuro Linguistic Programming to help address the reasons for smoking and provide techniques to help contain cravings and change behaviour towards the habit. This helps to avoid the issue of replacing the habit of smoking with any other damaging  behaviours such as over-eating. I offer a free follow up session within a month if required and telephone support to help you overcome any temptations that may come your way.

Alternatively, if there are issues around stress or confidence which are influencing how much you smoke then therapy can be spread over a number of shorter sessions (usually four, again dependant on the severity of any underlying issues).

How much are you spending on your smoking habit?
